How soon will my order be shipped?


We usually ship all orders within 24 hours and should arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders typically arrive between 7-18 business days depending on the country and customs processes.

 
Do you ship internationally?

Great news! We now offer international shipping.


We are not responsible for any incurred custom fees upon arrival of international packages.

What if I receive the wrong item?
 

If you received the incorrect item(s) we of course understand mistakes can occur, and strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. We value your highest satisfaction, as our main priority is your shopping experience you receive from us! Contact our customer Service team within 3 business days of delivery for immediate assistance. For verification purposes, you will be required to provide photos of the products in hand for our team to immediately correct this for you!


Can I add an item(s) to my current order?

If you wish to add item(s) to current orders, we regret to inform you at this time, we are unable to modify current orders once they have been placed.

How do I edit my order if I spelt my address wrong?

Please email us at support@unikdazzels.com as soon as possible so we can change the address on your order. Shipping addresses can only be changed within 24hrs of ordering or before the item is shipped.

 
Can I cancel a placed order?


We regret to inform you at this time, we are unable to cancel an order once it is placed. We can modify minor changes like an incorrect address. If you are unsatisfied with an order, pleas email our Customer Service Team to process a return. Once we receive the return and the item(s) is in the correct condition, we can go ahead and process a full refund.
Please contact our Team to review the status of your order once it is placed.


How do I determine my ring size, chain length, or bracelet size?

Please kindly refer to our size charts until Care Tips for this information.


Do you accept custom orders?


Unfortunately, we do not at the moment. But please feel free to email us with any items you would like to see in our collection in the future and we promise to take this tip into consideration.
